Shipping Times & Delivery Information
We source products from global suppliers to provide you the best prices. Typical shipping durations are as follows:
- USA: 5-12 business days
- Australia: 5–12 business day
- Canada: 5-12 business days
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders (including to Canada and USa) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are imposed by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for paying these charges. Refusing to pay may result in the package being returned or abandoned. We cannot offer refunds in these cases.
Items Shipped Separately
We partner with multiple global suppliers and warehouses. Therefore, if your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate parcels arriving at different times. Each shipment will include a unique tracking number.
Please Note:
- Processing time is usually 1–5 business days.
- Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
- International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance or postal service disruptions.
